IMMIGRANT VISAS

Visa Bulletin

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) sets an annual limit and a per-country limit on the number of immigrants allowed into the United States. If a particular category of immigrant visa applicant is oversubscribed, a cut-off date is set. Only applicants who have a priority date earlier than the cut-off date may be allocated a visa number. To view the progress of cut-off dates, and other valuable immigration information, please visit the Visa Bulletin.
