The virtual Information Resource Center (IRC) is the research and reference arm of the United States Embassy in Muscat, specializing in current U.S. policy, legislation, trade data, and social and cultural issues. We offer up-to-date reference services, including online databases, to meet the information needs of individuals and institutions in support of Oman's economic, social, educational and political development.
eLibraryUSA provides patrons of Information Resource Centers (IRCs) access to 30 authoritative databases, including English Language Learner, ebrary, Encyclopedia Britannica, and the Gale Academic and General OneFile. The website search box can be used to search the eLibraryUSA catalog of IIP materials and selected databases.
