Completing the Immigrant Visa Process

In order to complete the process for obtaining an immigrant visa to the U.S., all applicants must complete the necessary forms, provide all relevant documentation, pay the immigrant visa fees, and appear for an interview.  Immigrant visa forms are available at http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.html.

On the day of the interview, each applicant will be required to pay a non-refundable immigrant visa application processing fee of USD $335 (RO 134.000) and an immigrant visa security surcharge of USD $45 (RO 18.000).  This fee must be paid in cash, in either U.S. dollars or Omani Rials.
