Ambassador Grappo with members of the Muscat American Business Council

On Sunday, January 28, Ambassador Gary A. Grappo spoke to the Muscat American Business Council, updating the group’s membership on efforts now under way to ensure timely implementation of the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement, reviewing the strong bilateral relationship between the United States and the Sultanate, and discussing issues of regional and international interest.   He detailed some of the opportunities and challenges that the FTA will present to businesses and entrepreneurs in Oman, as well as for U.S. and other international businesses looking for greater involvement in the Omani economy.
